Best value for money! I've ordered them before and I really like them. Whether you're learning the art of balloon spinning, using balloons for decoration, or having a water balloon (yes, water balloons) fight, this is for you. If you make balloon animals, notice that they look more like 160 than 260. I read other reviews and was on the fence. But for the price - unbeatable. Of course, there are some that do not inflate or burst when inflated. And when you first open them, they smell. However, this disappears if you leave the packaging open for a few days. The ones I ordered came without a pump (that's not why I ordered them in the first place). I didn't count every balloon but I did categorize them by color and there were around 400 or more. Keep in mind these are 400 balloons, not pieces like some other vendors claim.
