Bought these to keep my glasses from getting scratched and dusty when kept in a backpack. The material is very thin but durable and will not tear. It protects my glasses quite well, although it probably won't work for thinner lenses (actually it's just a cloth pouch with a valve). It's also nice that the goggles are very easy to put in and take out of the case, even if they're a bit big because it stretches a bit. Basically, if all you want is scratch protection, this is probably a good choice.
