I couldn't find any large dog suits for Toad or Bowser in stores or anywhere else online so I went with the kid size of these Bowser dog suits for our boxer. This year our family Halloween costume theme was Super Mario Bros. (our son is into Luigi now). The shell (backpack) fit her big barrel shaped chest but it was tight, I was afraid the velcro would break but that didn't happen! I used an air pump from a Dollar Tree balloon, I had to pump air into it beforehand; It was easier than blowing air in myself - I'm pregnant so I get shortness of breath/dizziness easier than usual. The hat didn't fit her head as well as I had hoped because SPIRIT! it wasn't made for dogs but it worked for photos of her which i took quickly because of the gram (tbh). They covered her eyes and short velcro straps barely fit around her neck. The backpack didn't bother her, but she didn't like the hat, although it matched Bowser's looks. 4 stars because although it is for children and not for dogs, the price for two items is expensive! He wasn't even wearing a yellow t-shirt and/or pants! But obviously I'm one of those guys who just bit the bullet because there's no way (and I don't have time) to make any costumes with my own hands, let alone Bowser's dog costume.
