I'll start by saying I have a 12 month old cat who is a total psycho at times. She LOVES it and has been her #1 sleeper since the first day we received it. My big problem came with the product yesterday. She used to jump off and land on the hammock with no problem, but yesterday she didn't get off quite straight and landed her foot on a metal support wire that wrapped around her leg twice as the base detached from the suction cup. Thank god I was home and able to run over and save her from hanging upside down from a wire wrapped around her leg. I hate giving it a star as hopefully this is an isolated case of a cat going mad, but it was horrible enough having just bought another one that doesn't have top support wires for it to happen again.
