With all the talk about the $89 face blaster, I decided to give this product a try because it is so much cheaper. First I had him work on my knee which was in pain. I hadn't the faintest idea of any damage or anything, it was his side near the kneecap that was swollen and would have been difficult to step on. Well I was walking in the area with this device and got a bruise. I kept walking and didn't put my kneecap on. One day I thought I overdid it and did some damage because it swelled up and got very hot (I shot it from the knee to the top of the thigh). Well I covered him in ice and propped him up. I went to bed and woke up and lo and behold, my knee hasn't hurt since. This has been a chronic problem for about 2 years with a daily increase in problems over the past few months. I don't shoot the knee area anymore but I still use it. I started at the hips and the back of the thighs. I was surprised that if I applied strong but not crazy pressure I would bruise. So keep that in mind, but it will go away. I noticed a dramatic reduction in body fat and cellulite. I didn't even buy it. Okay I was worried it would shrink and I would never use it. I drive when I'm watching movies when I'm just sitting and listening to music and I've found that I use it most often after my coconut lotion and before bed with no clothes on. My friends asked what diet I do to get rid of cellulite because I showed them my legs. Lol I eat the same thing but I don't eat junk food anyway, I'm very health conscious. It's harder for me to reach my back, so ask a friend or partner for help. I'm putting my hands behind my back now. And the sides of the forearms. I don't do a lot of butt because I like it rounder, but I do it right over it and holler for shaping. After about a month, I gradually see changes, like a thicker shape, no more side pockets on the hips. Cellulite was reduced after a week of use. I wish I could say it right now. Well, it will accompany me everywhere. I would check with a doctor to see if you have any injuries and I would also avoid damaged veins etc. But it did everything that the super expensive "Blaster" promised, and it was MUCH MORE AVAILABLE. Oh and it comes in a beautiful blue velvet case which I love fits easily in a suitcase and large bag. When you're on the go. Wow what an amazing surprise this idiot is. I love it. Oh and I'm just a regular girl who paid for their product. I was just SATISFIED. I hope they do one for the face soon, I think it would be great for the chin and face. Hey guys, please do one.
