I bought a watch for running in order to monitor my auls in the process. The clock does not perform this function. In the morning I go out for a run - it shows the pulse immediately 138, the manual measurement gives 76, okay, I ran - it’s 190 on the screen, it became interesting. Stopped measured manually - 118. Hurt! In the region of the 7th kilometer, the pulse on the clock fell to 177, but I know that it rose somewhere to 130. That is, alas, there is no pattern. And the saddest thing is that sometimes the watch shows the pulse accurately, with an error of less than 10 beats per minute. On Sunday, I rode a bike for 2 hours - they showed 110-120, so it was. In general, the watch is not worth the money. It is better to buy a Xaomi fitness bracelet for 1.5 thousand, it will be buggy in the same way, but not so offensive for the money spent.
