I have to say that Su.B. offers the absolute BEST customer service of any company out there! I bought this laptop bag for my wife and she absolutely loves it. The quality is really great. The leather feels very soft and smooth, but is still very strong and durable. We lived in Europe for a while and bought an Italian leather sofa there. The leather has lasted over 10 years and still looks as good as the day we bought it. The advertisement said this bag was made from Italian leather and really has the same quality and feel as our Italian leather sofa. Inside the bag there are several large spacious compartments with ENOUGH space for a 13 inch laptop. In addition to excellent quality, we were also offered exemplary customer service. We originally ordered a large laptop bag because it came with a shoulder strap. , Immediately after placing the order, we received an email from Su.B. and was told the bag we ordered was on hold. They said that due to the delay we had to cancel our original order and re-order the bag using a discount code which got us 20% off! We then decided to order a smaller bag for our laptop and my wife loved it. Su.B. then contacted us again and offered to send some accessories to the bag for FREE! We were confused! The accessories arrived in just a few days - free of charge. As you can see we are very impressed with this laptop bag and the Su.B seller. It was a great buying experience.
