My mother passed away a few weeks ago and I bought a memorial urn for the funeral home to put some of her ashes in this necklace during the cremation. It was absolute peace for me to be able to hold my mother so close to my heart. It was a comfort and it helped me to have it. This part has been made very strong. Or so I thought. It felt strong and I only wore it when I left the house. It was the perfect length and protection from slouching or bumping. On Saturday, I was getting in my car and getting ready to pull out into the driveway when I looked down and realized the trash can was broken. All of my mother's ashes were now on my clothes. Path. And obviously irreplaceable. My heart sank. I don't know why it happened. But I can't get it back. And I have never heard any response from customer service about this company and even from Revain. You both suck.
