I was going to love this budget eye cream, but.
Pros: It's moisturizing and I love the amount of Centella Asiatica in it. However. Cons: Essential oils and other sensitive ingredients really interfere with my use. It tends to sting when I first apply it, although it doesn't last long or really sting, it shouldn't sting at all. Conclusion: will I use it? Yes, because I paid for it. But I wouldn't recommend it or buy it again.
