COMPANY WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY!
I purchased 2 in Sept 2021, one is still working, the other failed in August 2022, within the 1 year warranty. I sent 2 warranty claims in to them in August via their claim site. NO ANSWERS. Sent a third via email due to the customer service site does not work, and still does not work! Customer service finally answered immediately after Sept 8, but refused warranty despite my explaining that their site must not work as I has sent 2 claims in August, within the warranty period. THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN CHINA, and in my opinion, the first 2 claims were purposely ignored seeing that I was 2 weeks away from end of warranty, They let the warranty run out on purpose. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!
- Holds up well and provides about 8 hours of light!
- May not fit aesthetic preferences for some homeowners
