The product is faulty in some way, I definitely won't buy it again.
It is useless to use nozzles - neither the face nor the body is shaved normally in them. If you need to maintain a stubble of 1-2 mm, this trimmer will not work. Without a nozzle, another problem is that the trimmer head is quite tight. in order to turn when the body is bent, you need to apply force to the razor, cuts immediately occur.
