The shirt is very soft and comfortable to wear, but the sizes are a hodgepodge of different elements. I'm 5ft 8in, 190lbs, neck 16.5in. I ordered a medium and it fits the torso and arms like a good compression shirt, but the neck is large and hangs loose. The collar of the shirt fits snugly on the model, and the one I received is baggy and loose at the neck, like it was made for someone who is 100 pounds taller than me and has a much thicker neck. Stretch in the fabric I think the small size would fit the neck better and still be comfortable on the chest and arms.
