After 6 training sessions I can say this is a quality product. I felt comfortable writing the review as I have owned their knee pads for 4 years. Size Verification: I ordered a large recommended size based on my elbow circumference; My intention is to have support throughout the training. I totally understand that. I went down a size with the knee pads I have and they are good for a short time but they slip out of place. Regardless, I bought them primarily for easy climbs. Pros: Keeps elbows warm. I no longer have elbow pain when doing shoulder presses or chest presses. If you wear them during exercise, they will adjust and become more flexible. Cons: none yet. If you want to prevent further injury or avoid injury, I recommend this product to support your workout. It's never too early to take care of those joints!
