Well the dress has POCKETS! I like the fact that it has pockets that fit my driver's license and lipstick. The fabric is elegant and comfortable to wear and the size is exactly as it should be. My XL fits just like an XL should with no weird creases or pinches. The navy color is very suitable for infection control committee meetings and the length is what I like to see in business casual attire, even in heels.
