I bought three of these and they all fell apart under my arm. I always buy loose fit shirts as I find the loose fit is much more comfortable and allows unrestricted full range of motion. (No spandex for this kid) And I've never had such a bad shirt. The fabric is still more or less intact, but the seam allowances are so small that the seams don't hold. Hey cost calculator! You cut a corner too wide! They were probably worn for a day once a week and are intact except for gaping holes under the armpits.
