This pillow is almost perfect except it needs more padding in the leg area which is the longest part and based on the picture is the edge closest to you is. . Also, the "end of the leg" doesn't rise far enough to support my stomach (I'm 5ft 9 1/2). Love love love that I can roll over without having to adjust the pillow between my knees (as long as I start lying on my side facing the hole and then roll over to the closed side). I did notice that this pillow could "dig" into your neck as several customer reviews noted, but this was solved for me instantly by adjusting the head of the pillow by pulling down on the end of the head. and lean a little lower. The head piece provides the perfect amount of support for my neck without being too stiff. My neck always feels great in the morning, which wasn't always the case with other neck support pillows like the Tempedic pillows. A separate pillowcase is needed, I recommend knitwear. Pros * Excellent neck support * Can be flipped without readjustment * Provides some support between the knees which helps lower back/sciatica * Great to use as a reading pillow (I put a large pillow in on top and snuggle up to the pillow or fold it up and use only on head) *Great for raising hips for intimacy. Cons * Only slight support between knees * May not fit enough to support your stomach (depending on your height, separate wedges may be required) * Separate pillowcase required
