I was really excited to get this as my first wireless keyboard. I thought the keys failing to deliver a character when pressed would improve over time as I used it more but has not been the case and it slows down my typing speed and work productivity because I constantly have to go back and make corrections, adding in the character that did not respond when the key was pressed. I haven't had a chance to stop and see if it's the same character or if it varies because of workload. But if I could return it and get something else, I would. Especially since I paid $50 for this one! I reached out to the manufacturer to see if they cared to help.
