Do I have a Border Collie/Labrador? Mix. She's a puppy from a shelter so I have no idea, but she's about the size of a small black lab or a very stalking border collie. Now she's a bit chunky too, and this size BIG sweater fits her well! She's very wide, so in the past I've had issues with things squeezing her small armpits while walking. However, this jacket is a lot softer than I thought it would be and stretches really well. She's not the longest dog, but she had it on her back, which I really like. I put it on as soon as we got it and I had to take it off pretty quickly because it's so warm and we live in Texas. , so it was about 65 degrees outside on Halloween. So if you live in an area that is too cold for your pup to be outside for more than 10 minutes without shaking, I STRONGLY recommend this! Ears when they need them or you can fold them back when they don't need them. I'd say the hole for her leash was pretty small, but I'd honestly just roll back the collar of my jacket for a leash if she wasn't wearing a harness. It is very elastic and flexible for such manipulations.
