This is a great item. I'm not a powerlifter or ultramarathoner so can't speak to the more scientific aspects of the product in terms of performance and such, but I take a scoop in a glass of milk as a meal replacement and it's great. The clumping associated with your signature powder always drove me nuts, especially when I later attempted to clean the hardened clumps off jars and bottles. As advertised, the product gives any beverage a smooth, creamy texture and being unflavoured, it easily adapts to any situation. where you want to add some more protein to your diet. All natural with no artificial sweeteners which is why I discovered this product to give you peace of mind compared to some of the more dodgy powders. I think the only downside right now is the price, but if you're worried about the occasional junk that other products might contain and you're looking for something versatile that's quick and easy to mix, you can't go wrong with this one.
