I give 3 stars because the blue shines very nicely! However, I spent and threw away more vinyl than I actually used! This vinyl is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT not only to cut, but also to weed! My blade is new and the only way I can get a clean cut with my Cricut is to set the cutting pressure to max AND cut twice! In my opinion the candle is not worth the effort. I won't recommend it to anyone I know either! If you have any problems I just stop and contact the seller or Revain! There was also no warning on the packaging that it was very difficult to cut, or a note on how to set the pressure!
