Review on IntraLinks VIA Pro by David Roberts

I like that it's easy to use, has all of my information stored in one place so when i need an update from our outside vendor who doesn't always get things right - its there! Sometimes we can have difficulties with certain vendors where they are not willing or able give us updates/changes etc but through intalink this isn’t such issues as you do know what your looking at every time which saves me alot!! The ability to send files from one site to another, that are attached to an email. It makes it easy to share projects without worrying about the file format. I would like to be able to store my files in different folders depending on what project they belong to. I am working on several projects at once and would like to be able to keep them all organized. This helps me stay organized and keep track of everything.
