I’m a 40DDD and I bought the large size. I bought one at first and then I went back and purchased the three pack. My twins don’t stand up at all. Swing low sweet chariots is what I call them. If you’re looking for a lift these do not provide that. I purchased to bum around the house/hang out in the backyard type deal. So for that purpose it’s great. The adhesive didn’t leave any marks on me like other reviewers have claimed. This "bra” does look weird with a regular T-shirt on but in a cami type shirt it doesn’t look as bad. I still have to pull up on occasion. I would not use this to replace my traditional wire bra.
