This is my transition to watercolor paper.
This is my current favorite watercolor paper. it's a good white white. many others are in ivory. It makes a big difference how your watercolors turn out. (I love soft colors with thin paint) You can get it in big sheets and cut it out or buy it like this, 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 just to fit on a postcard. it is almost smooth on one side, but "bumpyโ on the other. You can do so much with this paper and get different results just by turning it over and trying the other side.
