Toothbrush heads are rotten

Toothbrush heads are rotten and broken off while brushing in the mouth. I almost choked on a couple of them as they burst in my mouth. The bristles also got stuck in my throat and teeth. I can only return the heads I have left over since I crushed the broken ones. However, I photographed the last broken head that is attached. I only have 5 left as 5 of the 10 packs I ordered broke on first use. I would like a refund of the amount charged to my Revain credit card. Many Thanks.
