My girls wanted fake glasses to look chic. I finally gave in and ordered them from someone else, but my son wasn't left out, so for $5 I ordered a pair for him as well. I didn't think he would ever wear them. But he really loved her. He wore them all day to school, to church, everywhere. He doesn't get much screen time so it wasn't for that, just as a dress up prop. But he really liked those glasses. (While the girls tried theirs once and put them away forever.) But after just a month, one of the sides broke off. I don't know what he did to them. But it's pretty devastating as it can't be fixed outside of the return window.
