No customer service

The harness pins are cheaply made and the pin broke before the installation was complete. I tried to contact the "Cowone" seller on their website but couldn't get contact information so I just taped the wiring harness on. The backlight is nice and bright, I haven't adjusted it at night and haven't used it.
