I tried MakeUp ForEver HD powder and fell in love but $24. I don't even see. I've tried seemingly every powder in the world and none of them last more than an hour or two - those where talc is the main ingredient. Within an hour all my makeup was off my face and I was reduced to a greasy, shiny mess. I hate being shiny, I just love a nice matte finish. Fast forwarding so fast I noticed it said "100% Silica Gel" which is the same as MUFE. I realized early on that this silica gel really works with oil - I can get through a full work day without turning into an oily nightmare and my makeup stays in place. So it's only 6.49 - heaven sent. Here's how I use it: Instead of removing the sticker from the holes, when I open it, I take a pair of tweezers and just poke a hole or two and spray it into the lid. Then I dip my beauty blender (also generic) into the cap. This way you can use just enough powder to wash off all of your makeup and it will stay in place all day without turning into a dead white corpse. Ideal! The talc is useless, I will never use it again since I have it.
