My toddler seems to thoroughly enjoy this product. Like all kids, she is very artistic. And liked every parent, I worry a lot about paint and art supplies; between the chemicals that are potentially toxic and the supplies that will permanently mark my house, finding a good medium is a challenge. This Aqua Magic Doodle Mat seems to be that medium. When I lay this mat out, all I have to do is fill the "pens" and "brushes" with water and let her go to town. After she "paints" an area, revealing the color under the "canvas", the water dries over time and covers it back up. No mess, no fuss, no paint.The only reason I have it a 4 for travel is because once its wet, I personally recommend letting it dry before moving it anywhere, which might be a pain if a child tries to use it mid trip.
