I have tried or owned the following bookshelf speakers: LS-50, R3, BW 706 s2, BW 707 s2, Klipsch RP 600m. There were things I liked about everyone and other things I couldn't live with. The BWs were very clean and accurate, but sounded square, didn't sound very good, and lacked bass. They were much warmer and fuller, but lacked midrange detail and bass texture. Klipsch was great for the price, but I had to spend a little more and wanted to hear other options. I did some more reading and narrowed it down to Harbeth P3ESR and SVS Ultras. I got ultras last night and I have. They stay. Satisfying low frequencies with texture, clear mids, nice spark at high frequencies, wide stage, balanced feed, dead center imaging. The fit and finish is luxurious. I love them with Tidal and my DSD files. I like them for games. I love her for movies. Excellent quality, highly recommended.
