Review on Accurate Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer for Adults - Forehead Thermometer (Purple) by Veronica Goodwin

I was fascinated when I saw this device for the first time. When it arrived it was smaller than I thought it would be which is fine. It was part of a Christmas present for my niece and as she is pregnant I thought it would definitely be useful for the little one. A few days after it arrived she tested positive for Covid 19 so I decided to give it to her right away. she loved it. Unfortunately, after a week, I also got sick, I had a fever, but when I used the device, it showed normal temperature, but I burned out. I took a Covid test on 12/21/20 and my test was negative on 12/24/20 but I still had symptoms. On 4/1/21 I went to see my GP for a check up as I was having very severe symptoms, they used their own forehead thermometer and it also showed normal temperature while I was burning. About 10 minutes later the doctor took my temperature the old fashioned way (under the tongue) and I had 102. So the thing is, I believe that not only this forehead thermometer, but possibly all of them are inaccurate. My apologies as negative reviews are not for me. But I also have to be honest.
