Quality and charm the best in my rating
The leggings/tights are gorgeous, especially the ruffles at the bottom. They are thick and of good quality. Because of the size range, they are quite large when bought for the younger age group. They gather in a bunch but look stylish due to the thicker cord. She will only get more value out of them in the long run.
