Love the patterns. Large for size. My tall girls who are in 4T/5T and 5/6 wore the 2-3 and 3-4 respectively. When they showed up, the tags are S and M. When in doubt, size down. Still lots of room to grow. Like other reviews, the fabric is very thick and stretchy/slippery like a swimsuit. Holding up well to my lazy wash and dry routine so far after at least five wears.
