Does not fit my laptop

I would give 4.5 stars but first I need to be able to use it. Maybe 5 stars would be my rating. I don't know how else to contact your seller. The product looks good but it doesn't fit my computer. I used the description of the computer from the seller's website. Can you please tell me if it is possible to exchange this product for another one that fits my laptop? Thank you for your nice answer. My laptop is an HP Chromebook x360.
