I bought this to try sugaring and expect to find some basic instructions in or on the packaging. There was none. I used to wax at home and ended up using it like wax instead of sugar since I already had strips of wax. I found the included gloves and spatula to be more of a hindrance than helpful. With my own wax strips, the sugaring product seemed to work very well. I found the pain was about as severe as growing (although I probably pulled against the direction of growth rather than with it as I am used to). I think if there had been better instructions in the kit I would have been more successful.
