Cute, pretty good size/size for a 12 inch doll. Not recommended for children under the age of 5 who do not have the fine motor skills to operate/play with toys of this size and class. Some parts need some glue, like small faucets and some parts fit a little loose but enough (or with glue). The doors open and close badly, if they are closed too tight, it is difficult for the child to open them again. Bought for 6 and 8 year olds and should outlast their playing habits. I also have a bathroom; The doll is placed completely in the bathtub, the toilet lid opens. There's also a dining room/living room/bedroom from this line - all is cute, but the same comments apply to all sets. The instructions are boring or non-existent, but easy to understand; It takes patience to push the parts together, otherwise the plastic may break.
