I wrote a review on this site recently that the dish soap I ordered in Cedar Pine had a scent and color different from the two bottles I had on hand. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a refund (without asking) from the company representative with assurances that my complaint had been referred to the appropriate team. I was most appreciative to be heard and taken seriously. Of course I will be ordering their products in the future and encourage others to do so as well. Thank you, Caldrea.
