Bought for my daughter's new MacBook Pro who is taking her to college in August. The case seems very good. photos for reference; The laptop slides in and out very easily (note: the laptop has a two-piece white marble snap-on case that doesn't really add to the overall dimensions of the laptop itself). In the photo, the laptop is in the main compartment, while the 61W USB-C power adapter for the MacBook (and the included 2m cable) is in the bottom pocket. You definitely need to keep the cord "next" to the charger in your pocket, rather than wrapping it around so it fits properly and closes. The top pocket holds an iPhone 6S in a turquoise otter case. Each of the small pockets still offers enough space for a pen, pencil, ID card, keys (small flat objects). slim notepad/folder/portfolio folder with two compartments when you need more space. What I really like is that the main compartment isn't so big that the laptop doesn't slide around unnecessarily. The zip handles on the front pockets are neatly tucked away (see photo 4). We like the top-handle style as it's more likely to be slipped into or pulled out of a backpack than as a messenger bag.
