I bought this so I can still keep my fingers going and calluses built up while I don’t have my guitars with me. This product isn’t made to produce sound, nor is it made to be tuned to standard tuning. The Allen wrench is merely to tighten the strings again the fret board. It does show the chords accurately from major to minor, sus, aug, dim and 7,9 etc. It’s only function really it to be able to have something to put your fingers on for memory. I will try a couple more days and use the circulation mode to run through chords faster. Overall, it’s only a tool for when you don’t have your guitar to keep your fingers going. Don’t buy if you expect to hear anything or need it to tell you when you are wrong.
