Well I love this lamp but I'm trying to figure it out. I turned on both the safety switch and the main switch. The remote works fine, but after a few hours (and I haven't touched anything on the lamp) the light stops responding to the remote. It bothered me so I tried again the next day and now the light and remote worked. I thought the day before was an accident. But again, after a few hours of use, I went to turn the lamp off with the remote and did nothing. Any suggestions? Misses the goal of having a remote control if he doesn't turn it off at night. Can return and try again.
