But my kids love it and it's convenient
it is made in China and does not stretch at the waist but is cropped at the waist with no elastic. It's a regular t-shirt with a hemmed skirt. But the kids love it, it's practical. They love the kitty so much and my 4 year old daughter only wears these dresses so I'm buying a few. Be sure to get them for a child over 2 years old so they can wear them a little longer and have no trouble fitting in as the waist doesn't stretch.
- This dress was a Christmas present for my granddaughter. She liked the dress.
- May not be suitable for all occasions such as formal events or outdoor activities.
