This product is great, it was literally what I was looking for. It's small, but offers enough space for the essentials. The only thing I have trouble with is that one of the clips holding the buttons was already broken when it first came in the mail, but I'm not the only one sending it back so I taped it up and everything was fine. But then when I was doing Christmas shopping with it in body bag mode, the strap that was attached to the purse just fell off! Now you can only use it as a handbag and not as a shoulder bag, but I still enjoy it. I give it a 3 for these reasons. It doesn't last very long and only lasted me about 2 months. :(
