I like that we can get all of our data in one place when it comes to reporting out H&S issues or meeting requirements for accreditation/ certification etc - makes life easier! It is very difficult (if not impossible) if you need more than 1 page per month with lots going into each report so don't have too many fields which are required by your audit body as this will make them struggle / request additional reports from us! Also would be great if there was an option where they could pay via credit card instead using Paypal but i understand why its set up how is has been designed now!! If any other system does provide those extra filters then please let me know!! We use intelex extensively across several different functions within my department including risk assessments such as fire risks at client sites; occupational hygiene assessment workflows; accident investigation records keeping and also incident investigations.
