I had a few issues with the product I originally received but I contacted the seller and he was very responsive and helped resolve the issue. The product itself does exactly what it says on the tin and does it very well. This is a simple product but very handy when you want your phone/desk to be in a higher position when following a recipe in the kitchen or working on something else, following YouTube tutorial videos etc. The lever/extension can be raised to a decent height and the locking knob helps to stay in place even when you press down on the device. Good product.
