The goods came quickly enough, in perfect condition, with no damage or defects, and also in a small purple fabric bag with a drawstring. The crystal itself is beautiful (about 1 and 1/4 inch long, crystal measurement only), cut fairly nicely, bright/not solid; contains streaks, traces, shades of other colors throughout; gives it the beautiful partially white smoky appearance of rose quartz and feels neither fragile nor cheap. Quality is a must but it can be a bit delicate and should be handled appropriately not to bend the metal loop as well as the top part that extends down to hold the crystal. This part can bend to both like the loop chain Sides flex and seems pretty soft, but it's fairly thin; Considering the price I'd say it's no big deal! Just be careful with her, don't fall asleep with her. That said, take care of it and you can't beat the price of a good crystal pendant!
