Review on VORI Folio Case For All-New Amazon Fire HD 8 And Fire HD 8 Plus Tablet (10Th Generation by Scott Channell

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Pretty good for a Kindle Fire cover but could use some improvement.

I like the picture on the cover, it looks a bit cheap. Material type "faux leather". I like that there is a pen when reading so you can grab something. Make sure you attach the elastic on both sides so that it stays in place when you hold it and put your hand on the handle. There is a slot on the back that determines which position you are in. One side of the case fits into a slot to create a stand. There are two positions you can use. One of them raises the screen a little higher for watching movies, while the other raises the screen a little lower when you need to type or play games. However, this situation is not very stable. The part that is at the bottom doesn't sit flat so any movement can knock it off. I wish there was a nice crease there so it was a little stronger. I also like that there is space for a pen. So if you are tired of swiping with your fingers, you can use a pen tablet. The case holds the Kindle Fire firmly so that it does not move when in use. The cutouts are in the right place for the volume controls, camera, power button, and charging cable. The inside is made of a sort of "suede" so the screen doesn't get scratched. Is this the perfect case? In my opinion no, but $17 is enough for now. You decide.
