I changed my rating to 1 star because the seller never honored the refund she offered for the order. Instead, the seller promised me a refund (which I accepted) and then tried to change the offer to send another bag of hair. After several messages back and forth, the issue was never resolved. HORRIBLE customer service. Although the hair is very easy to work with, it wasn't the color that was on the miniature. I figured it would be a replacement for the hair I usually get from my thumbnail. I was wrong! The strands were a lot thinner than what I usually work with and I ended up with only 6 PACKS. Besides that. Ombre only at the very ends, unlike the hair in the photo. I am very disappointed because I usually get 2 twist sets. Khais is great and I would like to give him a 5.
