THESE HEADPHONES STINK. THEY REALLY STINK. THEY STIT VERY STRONGLY. Worse than the quality of these headphones is the poor customer support at Poly. I have a SECOND PAIR. Why? Because the first ones no longer work after 6 days. THIS WAS SUCH A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT COMPARED TO A SPARE PAIR THAT WAS THREE REPS FOR THREE DAYS. Your customer service repeatedly refuses to return my money; they can only replace. This means beware my THIRD pair is on its way to me now to replace the SECOND PAIR that was a replacement for the first defective pair. Correctly.
