Cables are good quality but ruined by poor anti snag design

I've purchased these three times, and though I have never had a cable fail or cause me issues, getting one back out of a port is torture. The sleeve is too thick and rigid and the locking prong is too weak, making for a very difficult removal process. Particularly so far harder to reach spots behind a desk or for cramped patch panels. I won't buy another patch cable from this manufacturer until they fix that horrible design.
