Great memories, great customer service
My husband passed away suddenly last month (November 2022) and I wanted to find something other than a regular urn for me and my kids to put his ashes in. I got this for my senior and he loved it. The first one we received had a faulty clasp and after contacting the seller he immediately sent me a brand new necklace free of charge and also checked that it had arrived. Excellent customer service and a wonderful memorial to my wonderful husband and father of my sons.
