I give 5 stars because it works great and is very comfortable. It conforms snugly to the back for maximum mobility and is lightweight with plenty of storage for its size. It also has loops to which you can attach all kinds of gear. - The only thing to note is that you need to wash it well before use. It has just been produced so you will need to remove any debris from inside the reservoir and straw. I did this by gently rubbing the inside of the soapy sponge, then putting some dish soap in my bladder, filling it with water and draining it through a straw. Then fill up with water and drain completely through a straw. Although it seems to me that this is a small price to pay for a good hydropack. I think I will enjoy this packaging for a long time and I feel it can last a very long time if I am careful with the handle and lid when handling.
